Editor's note #1

We’re breaking haiku format here to post a note about a couple things.

1.) We discovered early this morning that the submission form wasn’t set up properly, and the submissions we received didn’t include all of the necessary information. This caused us to mark some submissions as anonymous. We’re in the process of correcting those errors now. If your haiku has been posted, and we didn’t credit you properly, get in touch with us and let us know. The submission form has been fixed, so please, submit away! (And don’t forget, you can always e-mail your haiku to haiku@haikuoffrustration.com)

2.) Don’t forget proper haiku format:
First line = five syllables
Second line = seven syllables
Third line = five syllables
We’ve received a couple submissions that we really like, but they weren’t in the correct format. We thought about editing them to make them work, but decided against it. You’re probably thinking, “Who cares?” Well, we do! This site is called Haiku of Frustration. Not “General poetry of frustration.” If you want your submission to show up on the site, be mindful of the format.

Thank you for your patience, and thanks to everyone who has submitted.
